1. Review Maintenance Planning Process (annual and monthly) and Budget.
2. Map and Evaluate Current Work Order Process (strengths and weaknesses) for breakdown - repair, project and PM work.
3. Review Work Order backlog objectives, current amount and discrepancies.
4. Analyze maintenance labor hour distribution per work type (repair, PM, building).
5. Analyze maintenance labor hour distribution per equipment or process type.
6. Evaluate downtime per equipment or process with reasons (min. - past 6 months).
7. Perform day-in-the-life studies:
   • For a maintenance technician
   • For a maintenance supervisor
8. Map and Evaluate the Current PM Program and PM attainment.
9. Review scheduling and prioritizing of all maintenance work.
10. Review spare parts inventory vs. need, the replenishment process and WOs on hold due to spare parts.
11. Evaluate various TPM measurements for critical pieces of equipment (i.e. OEE - Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
12. Perform a World Class Assessment of TPM.
